1. License

When you purchase MegaCleaner, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your own Mac computers. This is a one-time purchase — no subscription required.

Scanning functionality is free and does not require a license. A license is required to use cleaning features.

2. How cleaning works

MegaCleaner moves files to your Mac's Trash. Files are not permanently deleted until you empty the Trash. You are responsible for reviewing items before emptying the Trash. We recommend verifying that your projects still build correctly after cleaning.

3. No warranty

MegaCleaner is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements. While we design the app to be safe by default, you use it at your own risk.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of MegaCleaner.

5. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Polar.sh. Refund requests are handled according to Polar.sh's refund policy. If you have issues, contact us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help.

6. Updates

Lifetime updates are included with your purchase. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
